at the Kunsthistorisches Museum (KHM)

The Kunsthistorisches Museum of Vienna (KHM) and the Association of Licensed Guides in Vienna cordially invite blind and visually impaired visitors on February 17, 2017 from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. Under the motto „Zest of Life – Dance and Music“ we offer a brief visit of the extensive collections of the museum. Thanks to the inexhaustible diversity of this world-famous museum you can expect an exciting afternoon for young and old.

Blind and visually impaired visitors can perceive how festivals were celebrated in Egypt, Greece and the Roman Empire thousands of years ago or how guests were entertained with drinking games at court. Our guests can join in in the dances and listen to various stories at a reading station.

Only available in German language!
